The firtsofficil record of the Aviation Cocktail takes us to the year 1916, made by Hugo R. Ensslins, the head bartender at New York Hotel Wallick.
This is a classic cocktail gin-based that's served straight-up. It's a simple sour with a lemon juice touch balanced with the maraschino liqueur and crème de violet.
Our Suggestion:

60ml of Adamus Organic Dry Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 yellow cherry
- Cherry Liqueur
- 10 ml of creme de violette
- ice
How to do it:

In a cocktail shaker add the Gin, cherry liqueur, lemon juice, and violet cream.
- Add ice.
- Cover the cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain the drink into a glass.
- Put a yellow cherry in the drink to finish.
