A simplified version of the French 75 cocktail which, with just 3 ingredients, is very easy to make and will please everyone.

• 25 ml Adamus gin
• 15 ml raspberry liqueur
• Champagne or prosecco

Fill a shaker with ice, add the gin and raspberry liqueur. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and then fill the rest of the glass with champagne. Optional: Garnish with raspberries and rose petals.
