- 15 ml raspberry liqueur
- Sparkling wine (or champagne or prosecco);
- Raspberries and rose petals for garnish.
- Fill a shaker with ice;
- Shake for 30 seconds;
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute;
- Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling wine;
- Garnish with raspberries and rose petals.
